SalesCatalysts delivery network is shared by our users and the actions taken by individual users can have a big impact on our network reputation. To maintain a reliable marketing platform and our network reputation for our users, there are controls on the content and industries who can use our services.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to prohibit any company, organization or individual, provides, promotes or sells the following products, services or content through our platform:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Escort services or marriage brokers
• Online dating services with a sexual emphasis or sexually explicit content
• Gambling services, games, applications or products
• Electronic cigarette and tobacco products
• Debt collections, credit repair and debt relief offerings
• Selling “Likes” or followers for a social media platform
• Phishing and scamming content
• Viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware or other harmful code
• Illegal drugs or pharmaceutical products
• Illegal goods, pirated software or media

If you violate this policy or we see behaviour, content, or other factors that pose a threat to our platform, we may downgrade your sender reputation, prohibit your campaigns, suspend your account temporarily or even terminate your account permanently without any advanced notice nor any refund.
